Summary: The main issue was a lack in retension of users on the client console. The aim was to look at radically improving the look and feel, as well as the usability of the client console by finding out what clients really wanted to see once they logged in. Working alongside a Business Analyst – my role was to put togther a sequence of wireframes, prototypes and layouts by also communicating with clients regarding their needs. Ultimately, this would help improve user retension on the client console.
