Summary: The OTC customer portal project is initialy a re-design of an existing system (phase 1), however, the new design is based on the contemporary bootstrap framework, therefore, is responsive and better for the customer’s experience. As well as going through a wireframe stage, I also put together a working lo and hi-fi prototype to allow a walkthrough of the main features and functions.
