Summary: As a consultant for Carelynx – one of my key initiatives was to enhance to the user experience for the Community care plan questionnaire. The CareLynx platform is a cloud-based clinical management system to record resident and client observations and incidents.

CareLynx is a management framework that supports any team member to provide consistent and best-practice care.

I utilised Figma to build an onboarding experience that helped to support the user by being intuitive and and easy to understand. Although the questionnaire is large, our approach needed to be transparent to the user with the ability to ‘save & exit’ at any time as well as being able to go back and correct any mistakes.
