Summary:
The goal is to use UX discovery research methods to produce the framework for a Virtual telehealth platform that allows patients to log in and track health analytics as well as keep up to date on medications and book / lauch teleheath appointments.
The working prototype below consists of a marketing website that allows the user to launch a demo account which features a comprehensive userflow for managing the patients needs as well as providing valued information on their appointment history and GP.
