Summary: The initiative at the Lottery Office was to significantly improve the user user experience of its digital presence across devices but using Heuristic analysis and competitor analysis to understand the differences as well as pros and cons of competitor businesses.

To work within the constraints to build a positive user experience by building an intuitive experience.
This involved a thorough UX audit of the existing site structure to make sure the web app used best practices and accessibility guidelines through colour, typography, CTA;s , product messaging and ease of use.
